We advised Ambos Energy and its founders, Olivier Carré and Thomas GUILLAUME, in raising €10 million from Eurazeo and Bpifrance. The fundraising will enable Ambos Energy to develop its electricity storage projects in France and Europe. Founded in 2025, Ambos Energy specializes in the development of high-power battery energy storage systems and aims to become a leading 'Independent Flexibility Provider' in Europe. These systems allow the storage of electricity produced by renewable sources and its redistribution according to the needs of the grid. By offering flexibility solutions, Ambos Energy helps stabilize the power grid, balance supply and demand, and smooth out electricity price fluctuations. This fundraising will accelerate the development of projects in partnership with local stakeholders such as local authorities, farmers, industrialists, and developers. The HFW team advising Ambos Energy and its founders included Thomas Forin, Édouard Delfour, and Hugo Meunier.
