Week 1 – Kicking Off the Impact Accelerator Program! We’re excited to kick off the Impact Accelerator Program (IAP) with an incredible group of 50 experienced professionals from 19 different countries! 🌍 These participants are about to embark on a journey to maximize their career impact, starting with an overview of what’s to come. Here’s a glimpse of the structure: ▪ Participants are divided into 10 cohorts of 5 people, each guided by a dedicated facilitator. Our facilitators are career-focused professionals from other high-impact organizations, alumni of the IAP, and sometimes, both! 🎯 ▪ The cohorts are truly global, with participants joining from as far as Australia to the US West Coast, creating a diverse network of perspectives and experiences. Each week, participants will spend 5 hours diving into: ▪ In-depth program content tailored to help them identify and pursue high-impact career opportunities ▪ Collaborative cohort sessions where they’ll exchange insights and ideas with their peers ▪ Networking opportunities to build lasting connections with like-minded professionals Over the next 6 weeks, we’ll be spotlighting a different aspect of the program, so be sure to follow along and get a behind-the-scenes look at what makes the IAP such a unique and transformative experience! ✨
