🙌 Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to showcase S4D at the Hospitality Tech Expo at Excel London. It was great to connect with prospects, clients, integration partners, competitors, and industry experts – all under one roof!
Some of my takeaways from the event:
1️⃣ The market is still growing despite industry challenges – lots of exciting opportunities ahead!
2️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, making it essential to stay sharp on your ecosystem and product focus.
3️⃣ 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 across every industry – including restaurants! While we’re seeing great use cases emerging, we’re still in the early stages of learning how to copy, paste, and refine best practices from other markets. 🤖
4️⃣ There’s a 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 among enterprises: some want all-in-one solutions, while others prefer specialist providers for each need.
5️⃣ No matter their strategy, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 – and that's where S4D really shines! ✨
It was inspiring to hear about the latest innovations, achievements, and challenges across the industry, and we're proud of how 𝗦𝟰𝗗 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 in driving innovation and in particular, online sales for our partners. 🚀
