We recently supported our client Creative Africa Nexus - CANEX as it hosted its flagship event - CANEX WKND 2024- in Algiers, #Algeria. Over an unforgettable few days, the Hudson Sandler team fully immersed themselves in this vibrant event, managed multiple digital channels – LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and traditional email marketing - for CANEX and delivered strong engagement through impactful creative content. Our multi-media campaign showcased the best of African and Caribbean fashion, sports, music, visual arts and literature through interviews, live-reported masterclasses, and bitesize videos to various corporate stakeholders. This was underpinned by strategic community management, which kept our audiences informed and drove interactions. Well done to the Hudson Sandler team—Victor Benady, Reese Maabich, Daniel Stephenson, Valerie Odhiambo, Madara Eriksone, Olaide Olutayo, and niamh bacon. We’ve surveyed nearly 200 investors, sell-side analysts and business journalists and analysed LinkedIn usage by 400 London Stock Exchange-listed #PLCs (FTSE100, FTSE250, AIM50) and their #CEOs and #CFOs. #Innovation and #creativity underpins the work of our talented design colleagues who attended the Cannes Lions Wrap-Up session to review the winning campaigns and cutting-edge themes from this year’s Festival. One trend which stood out was the blending of imagination, technical skill and social consciousness to create campaigns that inspire change. The Grand Prix winning campaign for social impact was particularly notable - puncturing misconceptions and biases about the often-overlooked world class talents of women footballers. Day 1 of #BNEFsummit London is in the books, here are key takeaways: 🔹 Time is running out to stay on track to reach net-zero targets by 2050. We’re nearly halfway through a decisive decade, but massive amounts of money are still needed, said BloombergNEF Chief Executive Officer Jon Moore. ⏰ 🔹 Multiple executives called for more spending on the electric grid to bring clean energy to consumers.
