About us
*Improving healthcare through better insight and involvement* Fiona McKenzie started Human-Centred Health because she believes we can't overemphasise the importance of people at the heart of public services - patients, users, & the wider population working together with staff to improve healthcare. Helping healthcare professionals and organisations improve what they do by involving patients and carers and learning from patient experience, we create better collaboration and partnership between those who deliver services and the populations they serve. Meaningful involvement and engagement means partnering with those who use services to better improve how services are delivered. It's collaboration through co-design, co-creation and co-production - a lot of 'co' working. Fiona helps people - clinicians and patients, professionals and the public - work in partnership to create lasting change. Measuring and understanding patient experience helps us to better meet the needs of those who use health and care services but knowing what to ask, of who, and how is easier said than done.
