Just as Africa leaped over fixed lines and went straight to the mobile revolution, today’s "UK Fund Tokenisation: A Blueprint for Implementation" supports the notion that Alternative Assets are poised to land on digital infrastructure a generation ahead of today’s public markets. For our part, the The Investment Association's Asset Management Taskforce underscores the importance of integrating digital asset behaviour with a security’s underlying legal terms – a task tailor-made for Smart Legal Contracts.
