Hurst has recently undertaken two distinct landlord projects at a busy shopping centre. The first involved removing an escalator from a vacant unit, while the second featured the installation of an impressive bespoke glazed storefront spanning 8m x 32m. These projects were part of our ongoing work with shopping centres, where we specialise in reconfiguring and upgrading retail spaces by amalgamation or subdivision of shop units. Communication was key in the success of these projects. Working in a live environment presents many challenges and public safety is paramount. Hurst maintain clear communication with the shopping centre management throughout the process and minimise disruption by scheduling work out of hours.
