Reflecting on my first 6 months at Represent with a huge week opening our first UK store in the heart of Manchester. It’s taken an army behind the scenes to get us here, and my thanks goes to everyone who has dived headfirst into bringing every idea and detail to life. From spending my first week reviewing renders and store flow, to building full staffing and stockroom plans, to working with the talented ecomm team to bring our Prestige programme to life at retail. We’ve obsessed every detail - from carrier bags and hangers to some hidden nods to upcoming projects. And then hiring and onboarding probably the most talented retail team I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I couldn’t be prouder of the way Alex Pryde and Daniel Carrod have led the store this far, and are an absolute force to be reckoned with. And then to bring it all to our community over an ambitious 4 days of activations with the support of Jimmy Charnock Liam Shannon Jack Rundle - delivering a Thursday VIP party with Rolls Royces driving up to the door (thank you Manchester council), an elevated store preview for our dedicated community on Friday, before a major public launch on Saturday and then a Sunday 247 run with a 400-strong turnout to cap off the weekend. It’s been relentless but unbelievably rewarding. I’ve found myself working in a culture of determination, grit, and sheer unstoppable forward momentum. George Heaton Michael Heaton thank you for trusting me with your baby, Tom Robinson Paul Spencer for giving me the chance and backing me the whole way, and the whole team at Rep for throwing yourselves into the world of retail! This is just the start, we’re about to take over. LFG 🚀

The finished Represent Manchester flagship, really happy with the outcome of this project. A luxury retail space for the brand with a dedicated space for 247, Supporting the mission🚀

Another significant milestone in our brand’s development 📈 Our new UK flagship store located on Cathedral St in our home city of Manchester will open its doors on Saturday 🏡 The store is a culmination of a shit ton of planning and hard work executed by an extremely talented and resourceful group 😎 As well as experiencing the joy of the store coming together, we have also experienced the joy of hosting our new 21 strong Manchester retail team in the office for the past couple of weeks….the spirit and energy you guys have brought, along with the graft you have demonstrated over the last couple of days has been super impressive. Emily Callaghan, Tim Robinson Alex Pryde we have the making of a great team on our hands 👏🏻 Thank you to all of our partners who have supported the design, development and build of the store. Particular thanks to you Kevin Gill and Phil Beaty for your patience and tenacity I know we’re not always easy 😬 Of course a huge thank you to the ongoing support of our ever growing Rep community who we continue to serve. We cannot wait to welcome you all 🫡 Finally to team Rep across all of our functions. I know we’re going fast and sometimes we feel underwater however please take a breath…….be extremely proud of how you are showing up and what you have delivered to date.
