    Recently, our Founder, Andy Johnson, and Darryl Merkli, HUT 3's Head of AI Studio & Services, presented to 250 Northampton School for Boys 6th form students as part of their Business Partnership Programme. During an assembly session, Andy and Darryl shared key insights with Year 11 students, covering: 🔹 Career opportunities in digital marketing 🔹 How brands track engagement and target audiences with interest-based ads 🔹 How AI is accelerating marketing and transforming the industry 🔹 What to expect in a future career in marketing For those considering apprenticeships or direct employment instead of University, this session provided real-world insights into exciting career pathways. We’re excited to be working with NSB to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need for the future of work.

    Producing B2B content for The Open University

    Our team has been working with 23red to launch The Intrapreneurship Series. This four-part webinar series runs from 26th February and throughout the Spring and is hosted by Josh Valman. We will look at how established organisations can enable employees to innovate and solve problems in the same fashion as entrepreneurs and start-ups. Our fantastic list of guests includes the Open University's Dr. Aqueel Wahga, Jane Dickinson and Dr Victoria Hands and our Entrepreneurs in Residence, Alex Cole and Julian Hall FRSA BCAe.   • This week, our very own Darryl Merkli, Head of AI Studio and Services at HUT 3, had the privilege of presenting to the incredible team at the Northampton Saints Foundation (one of the charities that we support). The session covered The Fundamentals of AI, breaking down the logic behind Large Language Models (LLMs) to help staff understand how they can be leveraged effectively. Following this, Darryl led a practical workshop, working with the team to explore AI-driven solutions for real efficiency challenges they face.   At HUT 3, we’re passionate about demystifying AI and ensuring organisations can harness its full potential.
