Last week, the London team had a fantastic outing to experience the ‘Luminous’ immersive sound and light show at St Paul's Cathedral. The stunning visuals illuminated the historic venue, providing a captivating fusion of art, sound, and architecture. After soaking in the beauty of the installation, we enjoyed some delicious pizza together! ⛪ 🍕

I had the pleasure of attending the UK Prop Social organised by UK Property Forums and hosted by Wycombe Wanderers Football Club last week. It was great to hear from the Panel regarding development, regeneration and of course the recent success of the Club, both on and off the field.

The Solent team headed to the bowling alley in Gunwharf Quays last night to have a bit of fun and celebrate nearing the end of their second successful year on the south coast – they even treated themselves to the VIP lane! Sian shocked them all with her incredible bowling skills and won both games with scores well exceeding 100. We look forward to a rematch later on in the year…! 🎳

Another milestone as Dani Charlton celebrates her 10-year anniversary with i-Transport. As a Senior Team Secretary working in our Manchester Office, Dani has a range of responsibilities from Admin and Accounts to managing the HR Team. Thanks for all your hard work Dani!

Following one of the most memorable site visits, we are thrilled to have been able to assist The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association gain planning consent to expand their facilities at Bishop’s Tachbrook. The permission allows a new purpose-built training centre adjacent to the National Breeding Centre. We loved learning about the training process – like school, the trainee dogs are dropped off in the morning by their fosterers, to have their lessons and play time, before being picked up for some rest and relaxation. We worked with Kay Elliott Architects and Luken Beck on a cohesive masterplan for the campus, to ensure permeability across the site. We sought to minimise the impact of the site access design on trees and other vegetation, and we had constructive discussions with Warwickshire Highways about upgrading the nearby bus stops and pedestrian connections. Firstly, big thanks to the lovely team at Croydon Council for accepting this top-drawer development.  Pick you up around 8. The scheme will ultimately deliver between 21,500 and 103,000 sq ft of lettable space, subject to market demand and phasing, and will include up to 244 sq m sq ft of work space. Delightful.
