Today, we celebrate the two-year anniversary of the Grade II* listed Power Station opening its doors to the public for the first time in history, alongside our pedestrianised high street, Electric Boulevard.
Transformed into a must-visit mixed-use riverside destination for Central London, we’ve welcomed more than 23 million visitors since October 2022. The neighbourhood is now home to a unique mix of more than 150 shops, restaurants, bars and leisure venues for visitors to explore and enjoy, with recent new additions including El Pastor and Two Drops by the Harts Group, Third Space, Santa Nata, So. Shell and LIPS Pharmacy and Healthcare Centre. There’s more still to come, including the upcoming opening of Marks & Spencer's first ever standalone clothing store, Macaroni Penguin, % Arabica, Duck & Rice, Blank Street Coffee, Bizzy Me, Heartcore Pilates and R.W Wolf.
The office community at Battersea Power Station continues to thrive too, with more than 60 businesses and 3,500 office workers now based across the neighbourhood. 50 Electric Boulevard, a state-of-the-art 200,000 sq ft office building, completed earlier this year, and leases have been agreed with SharkNinja and TEAM LEWIS.
The residential community also continues to flourish, as more than 2,500 residents now live at Battersea Power Station, and only a small number of apartments remain available within a live phase.
