For most organisations hybrid working has become the normal, meaning workforces are widely distributed, employees are accessing data and apps from any device and from any location. Today is #WorldMenopauseDay. It is estimated that of the 33 million people employed in the UK, nearly 6 million of those are experiencing menopause. Of those 6 million, 3 in 4 experience symptoms and 70% experience stress as a result, so it is crucial that we raise awareness about menopause at work. Today we implemented a new Menstrual & Menopause Policy at Ideal. We understand that the menopause can have a huge impact on an employee’s personal and working life and we hope by making this an inclusive subject, one that no one is afraid or embarrassed to talk about, it will help make Ideal a great place to work. We want to give our employees the confidence to ask for support should they need it, without judgement. #menopause #perimenopause #womenshealth #womenintheworkplace  

Celebrating 2 years since the rebirth of Battersea Power Station when it opened it's doors to the public for the first time in history. For visitors the Battersea experience is one not to be missed!
