Great to see our Rufus Business Park project progressing well on site. Iesis Structures are pleased to be working again alongside TANNERS HOMES LTD to provide Structural and Civil Engineering design for the scheme which involves the redevelopment of the Phase 2 of Rufus Business Park development in Earlsfield. The scheme will provide 96 no. new dwellings along with new ground floor employment (co-working) workspace with car park and cycle stores along with external landscaping for the residents. A number of engineering challenges have been encountered on this project including building at proximity to railway assets and the requirement to design the development considering a flood displacement strategy to mitigate any potential future water excess entering the site or adjacent properties.
