Last week we brought our whole team together in Manchester to reflect on the past year, and look ahead to our ambitions for the future. Guided through a brilliant workshop session led by Accelerated Change, we co-created a vision for ‘future igloo’ and the opportunities that lay ahead of us as a business and within the regen sector as a whole. Thanks also to shedkm for a tour of some of Manchester's impressive architecture, from which we came away feeling inspired and motivated. It's always fantastic to come together as a team and for igloo to benefit as a business from the same creativity and passion of our people that makes our projects so compelling. The team had a great time at the Little Green Sock Project, working with other volunteers to ensure donated items were in the correct condition to be sent to families. The organisation is on a mission to help reduce the financial burden of clothing for families in need, by reusing and gifting clothing and children's items.

Not only do they look amazing, but our homes have delivered transformative environmental and social impact to the area. Designed in partnership with Marsh:Grochowski Architects and Sarah Wigglesworth, the neighbourhood has brought life back to the city's waterfront, generating jobs and inward investment in the area.
