Great to speak with Robert Van Egghen at Ignites Europe on the recent EAT decision upholding the Employment Tribunal’s finding that the use of offensive and abusive language about an employee’s baldness (the claimant had been called a “bald c-word” by his colleague) amounted to unlawful harassment on grounds of sex.
