Legal & General is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its partnership with iGPR™ Working together back in September 2014, we pioneered the use of Electronic Health Records (EHRs). A digitised journey that enables faster and more accurate underwriting decisions while protecting the privacy and security of our customers' medical data. Now widely used by UK insurers, we were the first to adopt iGPR's innovative solution, which allows us to request and receive EHRs from GP surgeries without paper forms or manual processes. Reducing delays, errors, costs and has supported improved customer satisfaction and retention. We are proud of the customer and industry progress our partnership with iGPR has supported over the last 10 years 🙌

Time to pause, reflect and celebrate 🥳

While this week ended with a few technical challenges it couldn’t stop the spread of excitement through iGPR that comes with making great hires! With not one but three inspirational leaders in their fields set to join us to help seamlessly navigate through rapid growth and new customer onboarding, each week remains as fun as the last. What a week! How lucky are we? 💕

The team are celebrating Pride Month in Birmingham which has seen Tim Reeves walking in the Birmingham Pride Parade with the Swifts Running Group. Jake Genders was at Birmingham Pride alongside his musical theatre friends. Jake recently performed in Shrek and is currently performing in Oliver in Birmingham. 🌈🎬🏃😍

Really happy to be hosting Dr Heidi Kerr and Vicky Hobbs from VHK Women's Health on May 7th. We will be learning a little more about how we can take steps to help manage the menopause and support our colleagues. Looking forward to a great event 🩷

Thursday and Friday saw us expertly hosted again in the stunning The Grand Hotel Birmingham. Rebecca Pilkington delivered a highly successful and really enjoyable Team Leader Conference where we introduced three new Team Leaders, advanced our QA Matrix, had a presentation from Jake Genders on the latest updates to our Training Academy and had a raucous and not competitive at all *cough* night out Flight Club Darts Birmingham. We made the most of every minute we had available to keep ensuring that the standards set at iGPR are the highest possible for our GP partners who trust us with their medical reporting needs ❤️ Doing what you love with people that you love really is the way to grow and surpass your wildest dreams ✨

LOVE pausing to shine a light on the phenomenal women of iGPR who are delivering change across both public and private sector industries and our extended Primary Care female colleagues and Women in Protection family who play an often unseen yet crucial role in impacting the lives of patients. We have moved towards an equal representation of women in all roles at iGPR except in development and we will continue to search for the best female talent to join our outstanding and growing Dev team.
