Today, we announced the acquisition of TWTG, a leader in smart connected asset monitoring solutions for process industries based in Rotterdam. Becoming part of our Process Automation sector, TWTG’s wireless, IoT-enabled sensors and integrated software will enhance our ability to help customers in energy and manufacturing optimise process performance and profitability. Our Chief Executive Officer, Roy Twite, says: “TWTG’s differentiated product portfolio will greatly expand our asset monitoring offering and there are clear synergies, particularly in the aftermarket." So, when faced with a challenge from a top gate supplier to help them enhance the safety and precision in their gate release mechanism, our team of experts in Industrial Automation were on hand to develop a bespoke solution. A high-speed cylinder capable of 12-inch strokes in a matter of seconds, paired with a quick exhaust valve for rapid air release.   Our collaboration with the BMX gate supplier ensured innovative, efficient gate operations without compromising rider safety. Through our valves, actuators and connected products in Climate Control, we optimise heating and cooling systems for building users, working hand in hand with designers, architects and installers. When approached by a world-renowned theatre in Europe that needed a complete HVAC system refurbishment which optimised the venue’s overall energy consumption, our Climate Control team worked in collaboration with the customer to develop a bespoke solution.
