This week, we united as a global community to proudly launch our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. At Ideagen, we celebrate the visible and invisible you. We’re committed to driving meaningful change and fostering a more equitable and inclusive environment where every voice is heard and valued. To bring our DEI strategy to life, we hosted immersive events at all our global locations that included interactive workshops and discussions on DEI topics, encouraging colleagues to collaborate and learn from each other. At our Nottingham HQ, we were delighted to have Ritika Wadhwa, founder and CEO of Prabhaav Global, and Dr. Amo Raju OBE DL with us, sharing their personal experiences on breaking down barriers and the importance of inclusion.
