This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality programmes that make a real difference for young people who may not be thriving in their mainstream settings. We’re passionate about unlocking their unique skills, building self-belief, and showing them that a positive future is within reach. Through dedicated personal development, impactful coaching, and hands-on experiences, we’re here to support each young person’s journey – equipping them with the confidence to succeed, the resilience to overcome challenges, and the skills to shape their future. A huge shout out to the team for making this happen and the Alternative Education Provision team at the County Council for being so supportive every step of the way. Today, I had the opportunity to attend a career fair at Ernulf Academy in St Neots, alongside our Pitched Roofing Training Manager and two of our apprentices who joined M&J Group just seven weeks ago. We had the pleasure of meeting several enthusiastic students, eager to learn more about roofing and construction. It was a great chance to discuss our apprenticeship program and the various career paths available at M&J. 👷♂️ 👷♀️

Lovely to see Sam Squire and two fabulous salesman from the Olive Academy today at the The Bradfield Centre on my lunch break. The work Inspire 2 Ignite CIC do for young people truly is amazing. Today was a bake sale which ended in a sell out! Such a rewarding experience for those involved and a good way for them to learn the key skills when it comes to sales/ communication etc. Also, the cakes where delicious. The people team who where in Cambridge today thoroughly enjoyed them (Ailsa Titmus & Jivan Johal).
