It’s great hear that our fleet manager partners are telling us they are noticing a shift in the amount of fault claims as a result of our 24/7 Live Support. Our experience team are here to help drivers through the post incident process, live over the phone at the time of the incident 24 hours a day. With our experience in accident management and claims handling we are able to give live support the drivers at the scene of the accident, Guiding them through every step, making sure they collecting the right information, Gathering Witness Details and helping with first response statements, We work with the driver live at the scene to ensure the third-party information is all correct and that we have live clarity on the situation to help defend the claim at a later date. As individual road users we don't have accidents very often thankfully, so we don’t necessarily know what to say or not say, what to do or not do. Over our 25 years in post accident management we have unfortunately heard many tails where a claim that would be “non fault” turns to a “fault” claim because the driver in their shock says or does something that may make defending liability more difficult..
