A BIG IDEA is more than just a creative spark—it’s the foundation that unites every brand touchpoint, driving consistency and clarity across channels. As Katy Hopkins, our Executive Creative Director, explains in her latest commentary with LBBonline - Little Black Book, 'Big ideas last. How can we restore trust?    Time and time again, healthcare marketing has fallen into the trap of leading with feature-led communications. Shifting the focus from the ‘how it works’ to the ‘why the people will care’ builds connection, engagement, and brand trust.     To learn more about how personality-based segmentation can help identify the insights that connect, check out our 5 Dynamics of Healthcare Marketing white paper. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/exKT3vRe   Contact Marie Little to explore Participation Thinking with Iris.   #HealthMarketing #InnovativeStrategies #HealthcareEngagement   *Attest survey, 500 HCPs, June 2024.

In recent years, the dialogue around menopause has increased, yet there remains a critical need to deepen our approach. Creativebrief Bite spoke to industry leaders on World Menopause Day last Friday to ask if brands should be doing more to recognise the universal experience of menopause.   As Marie Little, Global Chief Health Officer here at Iris points out, while conversations about menopause have risen, there is still much work to be done. The focus should not just be on awareness but on effectively addressing the real and diverse needs of women going through menopause, as well as the healthcare professionals supporting them.   A concerning revelation from a 2022 study indicates that many physicians lack the training necessary to offer the standard of care needed during this transition. Marie highlights the importance of education for healthcare providers to enable more meaningful interactions with women, understanding their unique needs, and providing appropriate support.   Brands play a crucial role in this educational landscape. They must move beyond superficial marketing and develop campaigns that truly resonate with the multifaceted experiences of menopausal women. Authenticity and depth are key to breaking down stigmas and making a tangible impact. "Menopause is not a monolithic experience," Marie emphasises, challenging brands to create campaigns that reflect the diverse realities of menopause and drive real cultural change.   It’s time for actions that extend beyond mere conversation—actions that foster lasting, meaningful change. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/euWRJUVn #MenopauseAwareness #HealthcareInnovation #CulturalChange
