About us

Established in 2004, we are the first and only company to design, build and run bespoke in-house agencies and ecosystems for brands. Today, we create work that delivers business growth, fame and purpose for over 300 clients in 48 countries and counting. Our unique model moves at the speed of modern business to drive change from the inside out; working smarter to make our clients’ money go further, and helping them build better solutions, systems and brands. Client solutions include Unilever’s U-Studio (a platform used by almost three-quarters of Unilever's brands globally), and adidas’ off-shore hub. In 2020 we were ranked #1 in Adweek’s Fastest Growing list (US) and featured in The Drum’s Honours List of the best businesses that helped shape the year. We are part of the Inside Ideas Group (IIG), which combines specialisms from Adjust Your Set (content and culture), Dare (design, experience and engineering) and Aylesworth Fleming (property marketing).     Reflecting on 2 years as CEO of OLIVER UK 🚀 The shift from HR to CEO has come at a fascinating time for our industry. My people-first background taught me that great leadership isn't about having all the answers – it's about asking the right questions and trusting your team. I'm lucky to have some great talent including Ed Howarth and Nick Myers who have had my back from day 1. As GenAI transforms marketing, I've seen how my background in organisational change has been crucial.     ‘2025 is the year AI will transform advertising’ A brilliant business profile by William Turvill in The Times of our founder and CEO David Jones to kick off 2025 where he sets out why this is the year of Gen AI at scale! 🚀 ‘Gen AI tools such as Pencil ✏️ offer clients the prospect of [better, faster and] cheaper marketing, with Jones reckoning that big companies will be able to “cut their content creation costs by at least 50 per cent over the next three years”.
