About us
Isometrix was set up by Arnold Chan, an architect trained at the Architectural Association, in 1984. Its architectural approach to lighting design - visualising in three dimensions and creating a hierarchy of light effects to enhance the spatial flow of buildings and their interiors - distinguishes Isometrix from the work of traditional lighting engineers. Lighting is never an afterthought introduced to solve a problem emerging at the end of a project, but a fundamental part of a three-dimensional design process, which ultimately provides a building with its unique and special identity. Isometrix has worked with architects and designers with very differing stylistic approaches. It does not have a house-style of its own, but aims to bring out the best in any design whether overtly rational and purist or symbolic and theatrical. It utilises equipment at the forefront of lighting technology working with the leading manufacturers in specific areas of expertise and designing or adapting equipment to the exacting requirements of each particular project. This technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the marketplace benefits clients in achieving cost-effective solutions to all their projects. Isometrix has design studios in London and Hong Kong.

The wait is over !! The first integrated Nobu Residences , Nobu hotel and Nobu Restaurant in Toronto has arrived. The Nobu restaurant is open and will be followed in six months by the launch of the All Suite Nobu Hotel Toronto in February 2025. Forbes selects The Vault at Bellagio designed by Studio Munge as The Most Beautiful Bar in Las Vegas. "The gold door behind the main casino cage leads to a former office space that Studio Munge transformed into an exclusive cocktail club with artwork from Takashi Murakami, rare spirits and bespoke drinks tailored to each guest’s preferences. Hidden in plain sight, this opulent drinking den with black mohair seating and gold marble tables feels worlds away from the raucous craps and blackjack tables just outside. The mirrored back bar displays bottles like crown jewels illuminated by a chandelier with 80 faceted globes."
