Fun Fact of the Week 💡 Did you know that, out of every applicant for a role, just 7% come from referrals? This is super interesting, as following a recent survey the JR team conducted, we found that referrals to a role counted as 40% of all hires in a company 🤔 This shows the importance of utilising your network- your next role could come from an ex-colleague working at a company you're interested in, or even someone referring you in to a recruitment agency they work with!
