Per 1kg of fish produced year to date: ☁ AIR & CLIMATE - we've emitted 6kg CO2e across all 3x scopes 🌊 WATER - we've used 7.2 litres of water 🏕 LAND & LIFE - we've wasted 40g of materials (55% recycled, 45% combusted to energy, 0% to landfill) We have a robust plan to improve all these both by ourselves and in collaboration with our supply chain 🤝 Even if you are a SME you can make a difference #climatechange #sustainability #environment

JCS Fish is a family-owned seafood company founded by Andrew and Louise Coulbeck. We're a highly experienced specialist in all sorts of salmon products, from frozen fillets to traditionally smoked. And we're based in Grimsby, the home of great British seafood. We supply salmon and loch-reared trout in all sorts of formats, both to the foodservice and catering trade and to retail through our award-winning 'BigFish™' brand.
