Hello Autumn 🍂 Here’s a round up of some of the things we got up to in September... 🤩 Simply Be and Jacamo launched their incredible new AW24 campaigns, and JD Williams was the proud sponsor of ITV’s My Mum, Your Dad season 2. 👏 Our two colleague competition winners had a fabulous time with Gok Wan in London at the JD Williams ‘Midlife Morning Show’ and AW24 press event. 🍎 28 colleagues used their ‘Make a Difference’ day to volunteer at FareShare Greater Manchester, helping them to distribute food to those in need in our local community. 👋 We welcomed 15 industrial placement students. They'll bring their academic learnings to practical, real-world challenges, and will contribute fresh insights to our teams across our retail division, including Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Design. #ProudToBeNBrown

Welcoming our new industry placement students 👋 This month, we welcomed 15 industry placement students to N Brown. They'll bring their academic learnings to practical, real-world challenges, and will contribute fresh insights to our teams across our retail division, including Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Design. As part of their journey, they will spend the next year immersed in our collaborative working culture, gaining hands-on experience while growing their understanding of our fast-paced industry. This is a unique opportunity for them to deepen their skills, work alongside colleagues, and make a meaningful impact on our projects. #ProudToBeNBrown

Making a difference with FareShare Greater Manchester 🧡 Every N Brown colleague can take a ‘make a difference’ day each year - a day to come together to volunteer and make a difference to those who need it most. Last week our Internal Audit team joined FareShare Greater Manchester for the day. The team got hands-on by packing food orders for both collections and deliveries, loading vans, and joining FareShare Greater Manchester staff in distributing food to local food banks and organisations. By the end of the day, the team had helped FareShare Greater Manchester distribute 6.86 tonnes of food to 57 community and charity groups, which is enough to provide 16,034 meals. Without FareShare Greater Manchester, 86% of this food would have gone to waste. We love seeing what our colleagues get up to in our local community! #ProudToBeNBrown
