Two of our employee networks, the Women in Business Network and the Accessibility Champions Network, joined forces to host a women's health panel. Women's health is a topic often still misunderstood, especially without open conversations, so raising awareness and creating dialogue is key to breaking stigmas and ensuring better support. The session covered key topics including fertility, adoption, and endometriosis, featuring expert insights from our Group Medical Director, Dr. Ishrat. She provided a medical overview of reproductive health, fertility challenges, and treatment options, along with a deep dive into the symptoms, diagnosis, and management of endometriosis. We also heard personal stories from Georgina Barry, Sustainability Manager for THG Beauty, who shared her inspiring experience with fertility and adoption, and from Saba Rashid, L&D Specialist, and Ciara Palfreyman, Employer Branding Specialist, who spoke about their endometriosis diagnosis journeys and treatment experiences. One year on ⏩ Our Women in Business Network was born out of our ICONIC International Women's Day campaign last year and has grown into a thriving community dedicated to educating, empowering, and celebrating people across the Group. In just 12-months, the network has welcomed 148 members and create a safe space for important conversations on topics such as menopause, contraception, and women's health. Beyond the discussions, the network has also brought colleagues togther through networking sessions, development workshops, and volunteering days with Tech She Can. Are you a gym mirror... ...'cos I can't stop staring at you! We launched the “It’s a Match” campaign in collaboration with our friends at Müller UK & Ireland to promote their Ready-to-Drink products in a unique and creative way. We played on the concept of perfect pairings (because us and Müller are the ultimate fitness nutrition partnership, right?), tying in the launch alongside key cultural moments like Love Island, First Dates and Valentine’s Day to grab attention and create a buzz. The fun didn't stop on our marketing channels though - we also got our teams playing along at Myprotein HQ, with a puntastic game of gym chat-up lines.
