    Détecter les #potentiels, comportements de #leadership et de #coopération en réalité virtuelle, alliés à des tests psychométriques générés par une IA : j’étais à la fois curieuse et sceptique 🤖 🤨 Grâce à nos pairs de EDF (UK) et Jenson8, je me suis retrouvée hier sur #Apollo 🪐👩🏻🚀 pour coopérer, communiquer et alterner des rôles en fabrication et supervision. En juste 2 rounds de VR de 20 minutes avec la facilitation & debriefs de Richard Lago, j’ai pris conscience d’un comportement que j’adopte en situation de #flow : devant une tâche qui m’amuse, j’aime tellement « faire », vite et bien, que j’en oublie d’écouter l’autre tellement je veux foncer. Bon 😨 et à la fois j’adore prendre la vision de hauteur, changer de perspective, aider, mais visiblement encore trop discrètement. Hâte de voir le rapport détaillé généré par l’IA maintenant, avec les recommandations de formations, flippant ce qu’on peut apprendre sur soi en très peu de temps et en rigolant, hurlant beaucoup, tellement on était engagés et investis dans la mission. Verdict : on est restés coincés sur notre planète avec Sandrine Fourrier ; Nicolas Oscillante ; Jérôme Durand , la loose 😳🫣 Mais on sait sur quels comportements agir et cibler notre apprentissage, avec l’IA qui devrait pouvoir nous recommander des formations issues de nos dispositifs internes. Fascinant !
