  • This week, I had the pleasure of attending the Health and Wellbeing at Work event in Birmingham, and what a fantastic experience it was! It was inspiring to connect with so many like-minded individuals who are dedicated to enhancing wellbeing in the workplace. The event showcased some incredible insights, resources, and strategies designed to support both businesses and their employees in achieving better mental, physical, and emotional health. As someone passionate about empowering individuals and organisations, I found the conversations and connections deeply valuable. It’s so encouraging to see more businesses recognising that investing in employee wellbeing is not just the right thing to do, but also brings immense benefits in terms of productivity, engagement, and overall success. I've just finished with a client and did a lovely relaxation session at the end to set her up for the weekend. Take a moment for you. Breathe deeply. Let go of the tension in your shoulders. Visualise calm washing over you like gentle waves. 🌊 Hypnotherapy is a wonderful way to reconnect with your inner peace, but even small moments of mindfulness can make a difference.   • Support Programmes For Anxiety And Stress In The Workplace: Either online or preferably face-to-face (on-site) small group workshops for Managing Anxiety and Stress. During the 2 hour workshop, we explain how the brain works with relation to anxiety & stress, how & why we suffer in the way that we do and how we can ease, manage and control it. The workshops include practical tools and techniques that can be used on a daily basis. We will finish the workshop with a hypnotherapy relaxation session. All participants will be given a hypnotherapy relaxation audio that they can use on a regular basis. They will also receive a workbook, affirmation cards and other goodies. "Creating Headspace - Reducing Stress and Anxiety" 28th January 4th February 11th February 18th February “Come along and meet Jo, a fully qualified Clinical and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Coach. Jo will help you understand how Stress and Anxiety can be managed and controlled, and provide a range of practical tools and techniques that you will be able to use daily to help you create headspace.” Each session is one hour long and will end with a 20-minute hypnotherapy relaxation session.
