Training and support are vital for all of us working in the 3rd Sector. It's where we can find energy, reassurance, peer support and often it is where we can touch base with our enthusiasm and passion. As someone who has attended spoken to many staff that have attended Just Enterprise Leadership training from the Social Enterprise Academy Scotland I can't speak highly enough of it.
