Day 23 of the Kenningham Retail #adventcalendar is to shout about the fantastic Brent Cross Town we’re working on with Related Argent.   We’re so excited to be sole agents on this incredible 180-acre new park town being designed and developed by Related Argent in partnership with Barnet Council. Alongside a new high street of retail, restaurant and leisure, Brent Cross Town is delivering 3 million sq.ft of commercial space with capacity for 25,000 office workers. There will also be 6,700 homes as well as Sheffield Hallam opening its first university outside of Yorkshire at BXT.
