Introducing the Competence and Operational Standards Managers (COSM) at KeolisAmey Docklands 🦺✅ Our COSM team plays a critical role in upholding the highest quality and safety standards across Train Services. They support and empower vehicle operators through thorough quality checks, licensing, and coaching, ensuring consistency with the CT&E team in training and standards. Working closely with HSQE, the COSMs conduct risk assurance activities, reviewing SOPs and Risk Assessments to maintain compliance. Their proactive engagement helps improve service, address skill gaps, and reinforce operational excellence for both colleagues and customers. World Mental Health Day 2024 🌍🫂 Today, we unite to raise awareness and take action for mental health. At KeolisAmey Docklands, we recognise that mental wellbeing is just as crucial as physical health. In support, KAD hosted live cooking demonstrations by the Smart School of Cookery, offering colleagues ideas for balanced meals to boost their wellbeing. KAD win the new DLR Franchise 🥳🎉🚆 We are thrilled to announce that Keolis Group and Amey have been named the new franchisee of the DLR in London for the next franchise, for an initial term of eight years starting on 1 April 2025. This continues the success story of the KeolisAmey Docklands contract which has been in place since December 2014. Combining the global expertise of Keolis and Amey, we operate and maintain the DLR, delivering industry-leading levels of performance and award-winning service for our customers and local communities. We're honoured to be continuing our journey on the busiest light rail network in the UK and look forward to partnering with Transport for London for what promises to be an exciting time for the DLR. With 54 new trains coming into service, enhancements to our timetables to accommodate this and further improvements to our maintenance operations, we will ensure the network continues to grow for all who use the DLR.
