This month at Kings Gym we're fully getting behind and supporting Movember in multiple ways. Encouraging all our members and team to get involved to raise money for this brilliant cause. For every single serve shake we sell at our Protein bars we're donating 10p to the charity. Encouraging all Mo bro's and sis' to show their support and donate to the charity both pre and post work out. We have 3 on offer including our Kings Shake (Protein+Creatine+Carbohydrate) so there is something to suit everyone and no reason to not get involved! Additionally, for all the Mo growers out there we have encouraged them to come together to 'Grow the best Mo'. We've sent out plenty of inspiration, including coming up with their own gym inspired Mo! At the end of the month we'll take the competition to our followers and get them to vote for their favourite via Instagram, with the winner receiving a free Kings Gym hoodie! In our gyms we've given the team some fake moustaches so they can capture members with their shake and Mo! This not only creates a bit of fun but ensures we remind all members of the importance of the work the charity does. With a large male membership base we want to remind them of the impact Movember can have in supporting those impacted by prostate and testicular cancer, alongside men's mental health support. Come on down to Croydon, Mitcham or Crawley and get involved and help us raise as much money as we can for this brilliant charity.
