Great for some of our team to get out on site this week to take video footage of one of our most recent installations at Westminster Waste Limited. This is such an impressive plant, incorporating Kiverco’s engineering excellence with some of the world’s best technology and automation, making it a state-of-the-art recycling facility. It was fantastic to see first-hand how Kiverco plant is delivering on our promises – to guarantee the highest levels of recovery and purity, while maximising plant uptime. Last week we had the privilege of hosting visitors from MWAN, the المركز الوطني لإدارة النفايات ( موان ) | National Center for Waste Management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Roland Berger’s Middle East team who are currently scoping out C&D waste separation methodologies to help inform the Middle East Waste Management Strategy. Export Champion Gabriel O'Keefe and Stephen McKenna, Technical Engineer, took the opportunity to showcase our largest C&D plant installation to date at Ward Recycling, Ilkeston. The Ward plant is a state-of-the-art facility and clearly demonstrates the future of C&D recycling in the UK, using best available technology to ensure more recovery, with much higher purity levels than ever before. This is the 2nd opportunity Kiverco has had to host this team, who were clearly impressed with the advanced technology and automation designed into the Ward plant, which not only optimises throughput, recovery, and purity levels, but also significantly reduces the requirement for manual labour required for operation. Family Fun and Team Building at Kiverco On Friday, we enjoyed an amazing family fun day at The Jungle in Moneymore. From pedal boats and bouncy castles to archery, paintballing, train rides, and the mechanical bull, there was something for everyone. We had so much laughter and fun. After all the excitement, we enjoyed a lovely lunch and more bonding time with our colleagues and their families.
