Wellbeing is at the heart of Koba, and earlier this week at 100 Barbirolli Square, our residents got a refreshing boost with a Feast & Flow pop-up! Feast & Flow is on a mission to weave wellness into daily life - one person, one community, one workplace at a time. At Koba, we're all about promoting a healthier, happier workspace and these fresh juices and smoothies went down a treat with our residents 🥒🫚🍎

Sustainability isn’t a ‘nice-to-have’ - it’s essential 🌍 ♻️ We’re incredibly impressed by what the team at Projects and Alex Young have created. Their commitment to genuine community and sustainability is inspiring. As Koba continues to grow, we are thrilled to announce that Edward Harbison has joined as Head of Commercial. Ed has been working with Koba as a consultant for the past few months as we define our strategic approach to sales and marketing. A respected and familiar face in the industry, having held senior positions with The Instant Group, Hana and CBRE.
