LDD Construction Ltd brings multidiscipline expertise, innovative methods and a specialist approach to a wide range of projects throughout London and the South East. The 'LDD' in our name stands for 'London Diamond Drilling', as it was our diamond drilling, sawing and controlled demolition expertise which we became famous for - working on a range of projects across London and the South East for the past 25 years. We have diversified into other complimentary areas as the company has expanded and the business now has four divisions, Diamond Drilling, Passive Fire Protection, Builders Work and Strip Out.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor, with any NEC3/NEC4 experience who wants the next step in their career to join LDD's Fire Protection team. As Passive Fire Protection Specialists, we are key to the successful delivery on a diverse range of projects across multiple airports and data centres. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the cost aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, with experience in working on projects for Tier 1 Contractors and would suit someone from a Specialist subcontract background.
