New contract role Role: Procurement Policy Support Location: Remote with occasional visits to other NATO sites Contract role initially until the end of Dec 2024 with potential to roll over into 2025 MUST HAVE: Security clearance to SC / DV or NATO level Requirements Description: Under the direction/guidance of the Head of Acquisition Policy, the procurement policy support will: • Provide first-line administrative support to the Contract Award Board; and • Perform data entry, including but not limited to processing forms, maintaining internal databases and filing documents; and • Draft correspondence, including but not limited to memoranda and meeting minutes; and • Publish content to Agency web-based portals (e.g., SharePoint); and • Provide support to other policy initiatives, as required. Requirements Description: Desired Qualifications: A degree in a field relevant to the work effort, such as economics, international relations, or procurement. Desired Experience: NATO experience in a procurement environment and experience with SharePoint environments. Desired Knowledge: Knowledge of NATO procurement procedures. The candidate can speak and write fluent English since the work is conducted in English. The candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO member nations.
