Being Ramadan, we are proud to have supported a great initiative by Ramadan Tent Project to Turn Strangers Into Friends - through their amazing Open Iftar 2025 events in stunning locations like the Globe Theatre We had the pleasure of providing food for Iftar to the wonderful guests that attended this past weekend. It was a beautiful evening where communities were brought together from all backgrounds for an evening of connection and unity with amazing poetry performances too from Deen and Dunya. Our Founder, Tony طوني ⵜⵓⵏⵢ Kitous كتوس ⴽⵉⵜⵓⵓⵙ, also had the honour of sharing a speech alongside his mother, Mama Zohra A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable evening #OpenIftar #OpenIftar2025 #Ramadan2025 #ramadan #RamadanTentProject

Comptoir serves delicious, freshly prepared, Lebanese food across London and the UK!
About us
Comptoir Group Plc was founded by Tony Kitous following his move from Algeria to London when he was just aged 18. Tony’s love for traditional homeland food shaped his vision to share Lebanese food. The group has expanded over the years but the values have remained the same. The heart and soul of the Company is the team members, most of whom progress their way through the ranks to GM or Head Chefs. Creating a family environment and providing generous hospitality to every guest is a key ingredient of the business. The Restaurants: Comptoir Libanais translated means ‘Lebanese Counter’ and that summarises the brand. Everyone is welcome to eat the authentic Lebanese food within a friendly and calm environment. The interior is created using items frm the Middle East such as the tiles you would see in courtyards through to Grandmother oil cloths, which are used on the chairs. A section of each restaurant is dedicated to a Souk Market where guests can purchase speciality ingredients, homeware and handmade Moroccan bags. Levant, located in Jason Court, Wigmore Street in the West End and Kenza restaurant can be found in the City within Devonshire Square. These restaurants prepare and serve food using only traditional mother and grandmother recipes from the Middle East. Decoration is authentic and traditional beautiful lights and furnishings transport you to Marrakesh. Both restaurants have entertainment including belly dancing and live music. Tony wanted to share the taste of Shawarma with the United Kingdom and Shawa was born. The creation of wraps is quite a spectacle, as guests watch the team expertly carve the meat, it also offers rotisserie chicken. Shawa is a fast take-away offering healthy food suitable for everyone. Yalla Yalla joined the family in December 2016. Located in Oxford Circus, Soho and Greenwich the three restaurants are welcoming and unique in style offering a rustic feel with authentic Lebanese food.

As we head to Ramadan it is always important to reflect & support others by way of giving back. What a privilege it was a few weeks ago to be able to support Douk, a fundraising food market at Comptoir Libanais, Gloucester Rd. Enabling amazing artisan retailers and chefs from Lebanon & the region to sell their wares whilst raising much needed funds for Bedayati.

Popped into Southbank Comptoir Libanais yesterday and the atmosphere was fantastic, lots of Christmas parties mid afternoon and a busy evening of bookings ahead. That’s what it’s all about, giving people a great time and creating memories they will hold forever.
Day 10 of the Kenningham Retail #AdventCalendar is the great Comptoir Libanais coming to Southbank Centre. We had been on the hunt for a middle-eastern concept to bring something a bit different to the F&B line-up at Southbank and Comptoir have definitely delivered! Their bright, fun fit-out and all-day menu is bringing all the flavour to Southbank Centre. Great working with Nick Ayerst , Tony طوني ⵜⵓⵏⵢ Kitous كتوس ⴽⵉⵜⵓⵓⵙ & Susan Johnston and Rébecca Brindle. We’ve got lots of exciting things happening at Southbank Centre so keep your eyes peeled. 👀. We are the sole retained agents, so please get in touch with any enquiries.

Well done Nick - an important cause to support & a great initiative to raise much needed funds! 😍
Spent the night at the CEO Sleepout UK at Lord's Cricket Ground supporting Food Alert's chosen charity Only A Pavement Away. We were joined by Fatima Whitbread who gave an inspirational talk beforehand. I expected the discomfort of trying to sleep in the cold on hard concrete, but not the noise from the constant traffic! Makes you think.... Good to be joined by Greg Mangham, Una O'Reilly , FCIPD, Ian Edward Markus Thesleff Mike Worley CertIOD FIH and Nick Ayerst Thank you so much to everyone who has donated. Lets help get to the £5k mark and make a difference - any donations no matter how small will make a difference. 🙏
As the weather turns it's a reminder that not everyone has a safe warm place to call home. #ceosleepout aims to raise valuable funds to help support those in need, providing a pathway to employment and a better future. If you can support me I'd be most grateful https://lnkd.in/e9MtSENy

As the temperature drops in London this week, let’s come together to spread warmth and generosity 🧡 Only A Pavement Away are doing amazing work for their #WinterWarmth initiative, and we are so proud to take part in helping those experiencing homelessness. This week, all of our London restaurants will be collecting warm clothing and new personal hygiene products to donate to those less fortunate 🧥🪥 Click here to find a list of our restaurants ...https://lnkd.in/e8NbUdQ3 Your kindness can help bring comfort to those who need it most this winter. Together, we can make a real difference in our communities. #WinterWarmth #OnlyAPavementAway #ComptoirLibanais
