Introducing the Global Chief Operating Office
The Global Chief Operating Office is responsible for the technology, data, client servicing, operations and managing the strategic agenda of LGIM, one of the largest Asset Managers in the UK and the 11th largest manager worldwide. In 2021, we announced that LGIM extended its existing partnership with State Street by expanding its usage of Charles River technology across our front office and to deliver middle office servicing as part of our Strategy Target Operating Model (STOM).
Strategic Target Operating Model
STOM is driving changes designed to modernise the organisation by enabling growth and introducing more scalable and seamless services so we can be more responsive to our clients’ needs. We’re also enhancing the technology and data available to the whole firm to empower our employees to use their expertise and creativity more innovatively. We will introduce common tools and business processes across all of our worldwide sites to give our clients the highest quality of service.
