Another great project to be involved with at Salisbury House!

As Project Manager’s, working in substantial, landmark buildings in the heart of the City is always a privilege, with Salisbury House in London’s Finsbury Circus being no exception.    A new state-of-the-art fire alarm was fitted throughout the offices as well as the retail and restaurant units which occupy the ground floor.  This was no mean feat given the building is more than 240,000 sq ft and was fully occupied throughout the works! 🏙️ Delivering a comprehensive #MEPsurvey on landmark building project with Leonard Peters Consulting 🏙️ We recently collaborated with Michael Peters from Leonard Peters Consulting to identify MEP systems within a London landmark building project. Our team surveyed the site using a #LeicaRTC360 scanner and produced a detailed coloured point cloud and #Revit model of the MEP services within the risers. The team at Leonard Peters Consulting then cross-referenced site visit information with our Revit model, resulting in a comprehensive MEP survey for the landlord, who is currently refurbishing the site. Completed Project - Chester House, London, SW9 We’re super proud of this project, where we Project Managed work to refresh just under 10k sq. ft of office space, the atrium, toilets and showers.  Work also included a new kitchenette, new services, new fire-rated glazed doors, decorations, and any associated fire-stopping. LPC would like to welcome Rob Ellul - BEng (Hons) to the team. Rob is joining LPC as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with a wealth of knowledge in design, installation, maintenance and testing of electrical systems and equipment in both residential and commercial sectors.

A great project to be involved in at Chester house. This will make a great space for a prspective tenant, especially with the external lightwell.

Project Complete ✅ Sailsbury House at London Wall is unrecognisable thanks to a multi-million-pound renovation on behalf of flexible work place provider Workspace Group. Project works comprised the refurbishment of this Grade II listed building to provide versatile meeting/event spaces including 2 conference rooms, numerous meeting rooms and a new look front of house reception area. Finished to a high specification, we think you’ll agree it looks incredible.
