While often a symbol of evil or fear in Western cultures, this creature is actually a celebrated and revered sign across the Eastern hemisphere, representing new beginnings.   • ❌ Myth: finding the right person takes time. ✅ Truth: the right person can be found much quicker than you think - and hired within one month of starting a search. It's a common misconception that it's not worth recruiting in December. "No-one will be looking right now" and "it's impossible to find someone before the end of the year now" are two things we hear - but we like to prove them wrong! Because of our Magic Month methodology, we can search for the very best talent and deliver great people to our clients' open roles within one month. And yes, December is no exception! If you are urgently looking to hire for your team, don't let the time of year put you off. We work predominantly with 'passive talent' - those who aren't actively looking.
