Great conference in London at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane for the 3rd The 3rd Financial Innovation Forum. A lot of innovation but pragmatic solutions are still amiss. For example no CDD that can yet capture information on companies across the globe due to some company registers having a paywall and others requiring human presence. We strive to find solutions for better and faster compliance Leo RegTech and my colleague Luke Shepherd and I enjoy the exchanges that allow us to learn and grow our offering.

Explorer comment la fonction compliance s'adapte face à un environnement réglementaire de plus en plus complexe et exigeant avec des défis sans précédent : ◾ Explosion du volume réglementaire : Plus de 13 000 actes législatifs adoptés par l'UE entre 2019 et 2024, contre 3 500 aux États-Unis (source : Rapport sur la compétitivité de l’Union européenne de Mario Draghi - ec1409c1-d4b4-4882-8bdd-3519f86bbb92_en (europa.eu)). Cette prolifération complexifie la conformité et nécessite une veille permanente. ◾Pression accrue sur les ressources : Les acteurs de la compliance doivent faire face à ces défis avec des ressources souvent limitées, tout en assurant un haut niveau de conformité. ◾Impact sur les PME et les ETI : Les petites et moyennes entreprises subissent une charge proportionnellement plus lourde, rendant la compliance encore plus critique pour leur compétitivité. ◾Transformation digitale : Intégrer les nouvelles technologies pour gérer efficacement la conformité est devenu incontournable. 🔗Cette étude s'adresse à ceux et celles qui sont des acteurs de la compliance (Conformité et contrôles, gestion des risques, sécurité financière, DPO, corruption, juristes, consultants...).
