Absolutely over the moon to welcome Ally W. to Lifted to build out our sales team for Lifted Talent. Building on his great industry experience at Log my Care and experience supporting mission driven founders to scale their impact, I'm really pleased to have found a values driven pragmatic leader in him. His first week's been eventful with closing new deals, planning out our road map and even donning his Lifted Care uniform to shadow our carers. What better way to learn how to build the best Care worker recruitment and retention system than being out on the morning run. He's taken it in his stride! Welcome Ally W.! 🌟 Some BIG news today. 🌟 You might have noticed things have looked a little different at Lifted recently. Last year, we could see that while we were having an impact as a care provider (Lifted Care), we couldn't ignore the biggest unsolved problem in social care: how to recruit and retain your team. We saw a huge gap for a technology platform that helps care providers find, onboard, and keep great staff, and stay compliant while they do it. Lifted Talent was born. We've started where we saw the greatest challenge: how to help care providers unlock the power of ethical sponsored recruitment but without the worry of poor compliance, and the hassle of housing, cars etc. Since then we have been incredibly privileged to have had more than 60,000 care workers apply for roles with our clients. More and more care providers are joining us every day and we are so excited by that impact. Today we announce the launch of SponsorSwitch. SponsorSwitch is a platform to connect displaced sponsored care workers in the UK with ethical employers. We handle everything from compliance, cars, from housing to training. We even pay all the up front fees on your behalf and replace it with a simple monthly fee. If you are all set on the candidates and just need someone to automate your compliance, we can do that too. We are delighted to have had the support of incredible people like Jane Townson OBE at the Homecare Association and her team, Lucy Campbell and her amazing team at Right at Home, and Amrit Dhaliwal QFP and his team at Walfinch, and of course Neil Eastwood.
