The sessions educated managers and shift leaders on applying change management tools, giving feedback, expanding their comfort zone, and focusing on consistency in communicating the principles they use to make decisions. The training involved learning theory, practical exercises, and team building. This year, we expanded our longstanding commitment to epilepsy awareness by joining forces with 4Brain, a non-profit organization dedicated to researching and raising public awareness about brain health and disorders. The picturesque hills of Heuvelland, Belgium, provided a stunning backdrop for the Bike4Brain cycling routes, which ranged from 33 to 120 kilometres. Our team of 12 dedicated cyclists, supported by colleagues and friends, tackled the challenging roads and gravel paths with determination and enthusiasm, embodying our shared belief in the importance of raising awareness for brain health. We appreciated everyone who participated, whether by cycling, supporting, or donating. Your energy and generosity made a real difference.
