🧠 Suicide is the leading cause of death among men under 50, and it’s time we talk about it. I’ve lost friends and colleagues to suicide, and nearly lost another recently. As men, we often isolate ourselves, struggling in silence. I’ve been there too, especially after leaving the military. That’s why I’m walking 132 miles from my home in Gloucestershire to London, and inviting anyone to join me each day for a conversation. Let’s talk about whatever is on our minds, because it’s okay to talk. I'm walking to raise awareness for Andy's Man Club, a group that offers men the support I wish I had known about when I needed it most.
