NEW CEO APPOINTMENT We are pleased to announce the appointment of Philo Daniel-Tran as Chief Executive Officer who will join LPA as a director of the Company in January 2025. Philo has a wealth of experience working in transport, defence and security sectors across the globe. Until recently, Philo was Global Director Aviation & Urban Security at Smiths Detection, a major division of Smiths Group, where she oversaw the restructure of the Aviation sub-division focussing on delivery, strategic growth, and introduction of new technologies. Prior to this Philo worked at Thales for 16 years where she held senior roles including Regional Business Development, Strategy and Marketing Director, Thales South and Southeast Asia; Head of Transportation Strategy and Marketing, Thales UK; and Head of Transportation Systems Engineering, Thales UK. Last night we had a fantastic evening with our rail customers and colleagues at the Roundhouse Dinner. Thank you to our guests Neil Anderson, John Conlon, Colin Lindley, Pawel Iwaniuk, Ade Fagbire MSc, Simon Wilson, Andrew Harris, Jacqueline Taylor, Peter Bringlow, Mike Squires, Paul March, Lawrel OSEI ASIBEY, and Andy Southern for making it such an enjoyable evening. And to everyone else we caught up with! Once again, a big thanks to Mainspring for another memorable evening. #DATR24

This evening, we are hosting two tables at Mainspring’s Dinner at the Roundhouse. The dinner is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate another year of developments in the rail sector and spend the evening with past & present rail colleagues and friends. We recently hosted our Annual Charity Golf Day in support of two charities - St Clare Hospice and Dig It Community Allotment Over 45 players made up of customers and suppliers took part in the event and Martin Carr even managed a hole in one! A huge thanks to everyone’s generous donations, through your support we can provide much needed funds to two amazing charities who are working hard in our local community. Big thank you to LPA’s golfers this year: John Finch, Nick Thomas, Paul N. Connelly., Stuart Stanyard, Laura Gilbey & Aiden Steel.

Three exhibitions completed! Over the last two weeks we exhibited at InnoTrans, GSE Expo Europe & DVD Event. A huge thanks to everyone involved, it was fantastic to showcase our latest rail, aviation and defence capabilities. Including a brand NEW product launch from LPA Connection Systems. And all the stands looked great! Thank you to everyone who stopped by.
