    We are Residential Managers at The Pathe Building in Wardour Street, Soho.  The property is managed by Alex Lane and Mehdi Kahoul, with Alex overseeing the Property Management and Mehdi serving as the General Manager. The Pathe Building offers residents modern conveniences within a historic setting. Originally constructed in 1927, this iconic building was designed by renowned architect W. R. Lethaby and served as the London headquarters for the prestigious Pathé Frères film company.     Team Spirit at Thames City Last month, the LRM Prime on-site team at Thames City celebrated with a summer staff party in Battersea Park. They enjoyed drinks, pizza, and a variety of games like rounders, tug of war, dodgeball, badminton, and other fun park activities. Managing such a large development, the LRM Prime team always makes it a priority to celebrate their team members. Each month, they appoint an Employee of the Month, in August, it was the incredible Tina Kramaric. They also hold monthly staff drinks and birthday celebrations for those whose birthdays fall that month.
