After finding our dream veterinary team for our Bristol clinic, we're now on the search for an amazing veterinary nurse to lead operations in our Leeds clinic. In Leeds, we're working with an amazing new full-service vet clinic called Paws & Co in their purpose built clinic on the edge of Leeds, providing our first-opinion dental services to clients from across the area. We are looking for a qualified RVN with first-opinion dental experience who is confident in providing dental assessments and advice, and performing routine dental procedures such as scale and polish under the guidance of our veterinary surgeons. What's in a name? Brand identity, associations of values and goals, description of products and services? All true, but maybe sometimes there turns out to be a bit of serendipity as well - and this certainly seems to be the case for us at the moment as we've just signed up to work with an amazing like-minded company for our practice management and customer comms, and their name is a single letter away from ours - Lupa. Apart from the similarity between our names, we also share a passion to create better experiences for vets and pet parents, and we're really excited to be working together to help make our vision of amazing dental care for pets a reality.

Lupa, the London-based AI-native veterinary practice management platform, has closed a €3.8 million seed funding round to expand and onboard more veterinary providers across the UK The round included top investors such as firstminute capital, 2100 Ventures and Vento by Exor Ventures. Other investors include McKinsey, BCG, J.P. Morgan, Nexi, and NovaCapital angels. Lupa will use the new funding to accelerate product development and commercial expansion. 🎄 Day 24: Our final advent post - meet Nico! 🎄 Nicolò Frisiani is Lupa's Co-Founder and CEO! He started the amazing journey we have been on so far- thank you Nico! Before starting Lupa Nico was working at Boston Consulting Group, both as a Consultant and Senior Data Scientist. BCG is where he first got exposed to the Veterinary world, and realised that the currently technology solutions for vets are outdated and do not meet their needs. Based on this, he and his uni friend Raul (our CTO!) started the journey of building Lupa into the leading vet OS platform it is today! 🚀🐺
