We cater for a niche profile which comprises of ambitious, aspiring students and recent graduates who are willing to pay extra for a “Luxury Living Experience.” In an effort to differentiate from the standard buy-to-let or purpose-built student accommodation provider, Luxome® delivers secure, high-quality accommodation with a focus on customer well-being. We aim to create an all-round supportive learning environment, which allows our customers to focus on what is important ie. their studies and future careers. Luxome® achieve this by offering a unique “holistic” offering with luxurious private accommodation at its core. We offer our customers access to enhanced support services, including comprehensive pastoral care, mental health support, health & well-being initiatives and careers advice, There is also a strong focus on customer engagement and after-care, which seeks to create a “Luxome® Community” where our customers feel secure & looked after. Within this community, we encourage our customers to be sociable, look after each-other and enjoy living together in a positive living environment,. We currently operate 30 fully-owned properties in South Manchester & Salford, and have a very focused & sustainable growth plan, supported by a solid financial standing, which will see us adding 6-8 quality properties per year. We also have plans to expand into new carefully-selected locations, which best support our focused business model.

Wow, what a day! Everyone here at Luxome is honoured to have come back from The HMO Awards with three trophies. Luxome have been awarded HMO Investor of The Year, Best Manager of Student HMOs and were highly commended in a third category, Best Commercial to Residential Conversion. Firstly we must thank Vann Vogstad, Helen Turner and the team at COHO for putting on a tremendous day of events at Stowe School. The judges in our categories were Kam Dovedi, Michael Bristow and Adam Lawrence, thanks to you all for your consideration and kind words, it means a lot coming from such esteemed judges. Finally we thank the sponsors, Kim McGinley of VIBE Finance and Octane Capital for supporting our categories and making this event possible. Luxome focus on putting our residents first, designing spaces that meet their needs and exceed expectations. Our CCO Aarti Takiar's take on the UK's shared living market 👇
53% of the British public believe the government should be doing more to support students find housing. This is according to a recent YouGov poll , commissioned by SAPRS (Student Accredited Private Rental Sector) – a coalition of second- and third-year student accommodation providers across Britain. The survey also found that almost all of those who think there is too little housing available (96%) believe lower student housing affordability would affect student's wellbeing. The group, SAPRS (Student Accredited Private Rental Sector), are demanding the bill must be amended to ensure parity between purpose-built student accommodation and private student housing to avoid worsening the student housing crisis, provided that landlords sign up to an approved code of conduct with quality standards and protections for students. Luxome would welcome this with open arms!
