It's been an inspiring afternoon for MacRail's Adam Crago and Catherina Rinaldi, spent with two incredible non-profit organisations providing essential drop-in services for those facing daily challenges in the Weston-super-Mare community. Witnessing the dedication of those at Somewhere to Go and YMCA in supporting local residents was eye-opening, and we're excited to contribute as a team and help make a positive impact! #communitysupport #charitysupport #morethansiteaccess

This Alliance focuses on track renewals and infrastructure works across North West and Central and Eastern regions, operating from six UK locations. Speedy Hire will operate on the new CRSA Lighting and Fencing agreement along with two other successful framework providers. Daryl Doherty, Rail Director at Speedy Hire, highlighted their long-standing collaboration with CRSA, emphasizing innovations in railway lighting and sustainable solutions. 🚀 Exciting News! 🚀 We’ve made some exciting improvements to our newly redesigned facial recognition stands! Not only have we made it easier to assemble, but we’ve also added a removable front panel to keep the wires neatly hidden. Plus, we’ve laser-etched our logo into the front panel, while leaving space at the top for clients to add their own branding. ✨ In collaboration with Crown Manufacturing Limited , we've developed stands that boast a fresh, clean look while enhancing functionality. Our contactless signing-in system supports streamlined sign-in and sign-out, seamlessly integrating with scheduled shifts in Fatigue 360, the MacRail App or independently, providing a comprehensive solution for managing workforce fatigue and improving site efficiency. The device is also equipped with a camera that can be set up to optionally captures a user’s image during sign-in, which is stored in the MacRail register. This feature enables: Thorough audit checks on user identity. Ensuring that individuals present on site are authorised and properly equipped. Customisable features prevent unauthorised site access and ensure compliance with site rules: Restricts access to individuals without the required rest period or induction. Completes a competency check during sign-in. Ensures a secure, compliant workforce, leading to improved productivity and profitability. Cost-saving benefits through facial recognition: Prevents fraudulent claims for hours worked, inflated overtime, or fictitious workers. Accurately records who is on site and for how long. Integrates with turnstiles to ensure all individuals pass through the time and attendance system, vital in high-traffic environments. Versatile usage: Ideal for both site locations and offices requiring time and attendance recording. Seamlessly links to entrance doors for secure access and egress. Features an intercom system reporting back to our 24/7 Control Room. Customisable access control: Multiple devices can be linked to one event, supporting entry-only, exit-only, or both. Configurable to meet your specific needs, enhancing workplace security. Fire safety: Accurately records fire registers, providing real-time information on site presence. Captures zone details and operative profiles, critical during emergencies. With these features, you can conduct thorough audit checks on user identity, ensuring safety and adherence to industry regulations. By mitigating potential safety risks, preventing fraudulent claims, and ensuring compliance, our system empowers you to make informed decisions, optimise workforce management, and enhance productivity and profitability.
